Terms of Service

Lift Run Fuel · Last updated July 17, 2026

The short version: Lift Run Fuel is a workout-tracking app, free to download, provided as-is. It’s a logging tool, not medical or fitness advice — you train at your own risk. Your data is yours and lives on your device (and your own Google Drive if you connect it). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Lift Run Fuel (“the app,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. What the app is

Lift Run Fuel is a tool for logging and reviewing your workouts — exercises, sets, weights, reps, bodyweight, and running or cardio activity. The app is free to download, and its core logging features are free to use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Not medical or fitness advice — please read.

Lift Run Fuel does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Any weights, rep targets, progression suggestions, deload prompts, or other numbers the app shows are automated estimates based on the data you enter — not a training plan prescribed for you. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate form and loads, and stopping if something hurts. Consult a qualified physician or trainer before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You use the app and act on its suggestions entirely at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and billing (Pro)

Some features are part of the optional Pro subscription. If you choose to subscribe:

If you previously bought a lifetime unlock, that purchase remains honored.

4. Your data and backups

Your workout data belongs to you. It is stored locally on your device, and — only if you choose to connect Google Drive — in a backup file in your own Google Drive. We do not store your data on our servers. Because the data lives on your device, it can be lost if you clear the app’s storage, lose your device, or uninstall the app, so we encourage you to keep the Drive backup or export your data. We are not responsible for any lost data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Normal personal use of the app to track your own training is exactly what it’s for.

6. Third-party services

The app uses Google Sign-In and the Google Drive API (only if you connect Drive). Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Lift Run Fuel is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don’t guarantee that the app, its calculations, or its sync will always be accurate or available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any injury, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is a personal tool, and you use it at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date above and post the new version at this URL. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
